The best of three garlic presses
I had a Zyiss garlic press for decades and lost it. The noew Zyiss I bought last year had the front plate (with all the hole) separate from the press in ten months - soddy construction. It was also harder to press the garlic than my oldest one. This replacement is heavier construction, much nicer finish, has hole built into the pressplate making it easier to press the garlic with out peeling. Since I use it 300+ times a year, I find it very nice, indeed.

This thing is awesome. I used to hand chop garlic
This thing is awesome. I used to hand chop garlic. This device really macerates the garlic which brings the flavor out better than chopping. You don't have to remove the garlic skin before using, but if you don't, then it's a little hard to get the skin out of the device for cleaning. This would make a great gift and I don't know why I didn't have such a thing earlier.

I bought this garlic press to replace a lame Plemo press I had bought only two weeks before
An improvement on its last model. I bought this garlic press to replace a lame Plemo press I had bought only two weeks before. Not only is the pro culinary press a sturdy model (the bottom of the hopper where the holes are punched through is very thick and sturdy), but this latest model has a larger hopper allowing for multiple cloves to be pressed at once. I love it.

Great product.
Love it, love it. I have bought so many garlic presses that just do not work. Finally I found one that is so easy to use, just squeeze and out comes the minced garlic. I will be ordering one for my sister also, now that I know it works so well. Thanks for the tip on the box that says to leave the outer skin on the garlic to save time. It comes off in the press separate from the garlic ( I really dislike peeling garlic). Great product.

Easiest & Most Efficient!
Have used other garlic presses in the past and they have been hard on my hands to squeeze them. The Pro Culinary Garlic Press, however seems to take advantage of the mechanical advantage that I learned about years ago in physics, and makes it easy to crush the garlic from the garlic clove.
