Hate being the first to review and in normal circumstances wouldn't. However, I bought these to help my parents keep track of my father's wallet/bag which he keeps losing due to his dementia. They arrived 2 days ago, but only tried to set them up today. It doesn't matter what I do, they will not connect to the Bluetooth on my phone. Needed to check that everything works before giving them to my parents. It seems that this was too good to be true. I am disappointed that I have wasted my money on something unproven. I will be returning.Update - I have persevered with these and managed to get them all working. I haven't yet had to use any in anger, but will be leaving some with my parents next week to give them a try. Make sure that you have Bluetooth switched on and then only make the attempt to connect them through the app. If it's working OK the tag should connect, you then need to connect it on the Devices screen, test that it is working by hitting the 'click alarm' and then cancel, if it works, you're good to go! No more stars at the moment because I don't actually know how good it is.

The product did not work as advertised. It uses Bluetooth which has a very limited range and only works when the fob is in direct line of sight of the tracking device. The software is unstable and the instructions are mostly written in either Chinese or bad English. I intend to return the item, it is useless.
