This slam ball is fantastic. I use the 20lb size. The tread on it makes it so easy to pick up and grip especially when using it on wet grass. I do a lot of different exercises with it. I never slam it on hard surfaces, I want it to last forever, so I always use it on grass. It feels extremely well made and is definitely a great buy. My fitness is improving so much from using this slam ball with various body weight exercises. Makes for an intense workout. Highly recommended.
