Inked designs of Butterfly wing specimen cross sections create a striking artistic graphic design. Each slightly yellowed page is hand patinaed with a white acrylic paint wash for a lovely textured effect. After drying, each page is printed with a double dose of ink for a vibrant effect. Then each design is sealed with clear acrylic for lasting color that will not fade. Each design is ensconced under 4" or 5" bevelled glass using a reverse decoupage technique. Sealed with several layers of black lacquer and backed with black suede your upcycled dictionary art will last a lifetime. NOTE: No two sets will be a like as the white over patina is hand painted and the dictionary pages are one of a kind. The photos will show the approximation of your coaster set.
