Preforms better than expected! We've used almost 500 charges in it, and it works like day one. Comes with the brushes for cleaning. I know that I will be reordering this product when or if we need another or a new one. It works with all standard N2O charges, comes with 3 decorating tips. Very good price, and was even delivered on a Sunday, awesome! All you really need to do is lubricate it every now and then. N2O gets VERY cold and the fittings need a little vegetable oil to keep everything working properly. Also cleaning the fittings is important as residue forms after 10-20 charges, just lube it when you clean it and it'll work with no problems. The unit performed flawlessly, under heavy use, at 10 months old, after +10000 cylinders of N02 were consumed. Ive had none of the problems stated in reviews, just the other day the wife swore it was hissing- I told her to stop breathing near it then. As usual she was right, it was hissing at the fitting to top joint. The threaded part where the charger attaches looked like it unscrewed for a quick o-ring, yet it wouldn't. I contacted the terrific seller, whom immediately refunded my full amount. Other similar priced units we've destroyed in only a few months punishing use and proper maintenance, so 10 months is great, hope if i spring for one of the $100+ ones it lasts..BTW folks...ALL of the reviews mentioning the charger thread problem, You should lube the thread on both the charger tube and threaded fitting on the unit top with light veg oil on a Q-tip. Do this after every 10-20 charges. N02 is very cold as it releases, drying the threads to the bone of any lubricant. Charge tube and fitting should also be scrubbed clean of residue monthly, and relubed-Mahalo

I bought this for my GF because she's a casual barista and makes a lot of drinks with whipped cream. The package came damaged which was kind of an issue considering we waited 3 weeks for it to show up. Other than a few dents, it works fine. Works best if chilled before usage.

I didn’t want to spend very much on a whipped cream dispenser since it’ll only get occasional use, this one looked ok in the pictures. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box, it is a very solid thick aluminum, not thin and flimsy like I had imagined. Also you get two charge holders, one aluminum and one plastic, I thought I only saw the aluminum one pictured in the ad. The plastic one is actually a little easier to use. One last tip-when screwing on a cylinder be very quick about it, once it’s pierced the gas starts escaping but isn’t contained until the holder is tightened down. After a little practice you can screw it on without wasting any gas.

Purchased as a gift. If you like making your own whipped cream, this is the way to go there fun and easy to use

Charger handle seized after a few uses. I thought the metal loader would be a benefit, but maybe the plastic ones would be better. The mating surfaces are aluminum not stainless steel like the body. Product arrived with a few blemishes on the surface. The lever has some rough edges - you can nick your hand when you're loading the cartridge if you're not careful.3/5 stars for fit and finish, 1 star due to early failure.EDIT: Seller followed through, refunded money and sent a complimentary unit. Replacement unit is same model. Charger handle does seem to screw on more smoothly than the first. On this unit I carefully put a light coating of Permatex aluminum anti-seize compound on the threads to help reduce wear. I'll monitor it over time. If I still see wear or it starts feeling rough, I may spend $10 or so to order a plastic charger holder to use with it. Upgraded to 3 stars for good customer service to match my original fit/finish rating.

I purchased this product in 2016. I’ve used it intermittently since that time for the odd occasion. It has seen little use and after time began leaking. This is where my review will split. This product is an inexpensive item. It’s not commercial grade so expect to get what you pay for BUT the customer service... I’ve been buying on Amazon for 20+ years. I’ve never encountered service like this. It’s so good that I keep an eye on their inventory to see if I need anything. When was the last time you followed a seller? The quality of the product is inline with its price but the service is beyond exceptional. They truly redefine customer service.

Works great! It feels sturdy and tough so it should last along time, I have only had it for a week tho so it’s hard to tell just yet. I’d say if you are here looking at it just go ahead and buy it, you’ll be glad you did!

The information should have contained links to a cream charger (Nitrous oxide). The cO2 cartridges are wrong/ they leave a bitter taste, please mention this as people will assume CO2 cartridges are what is needed. The. Ban on nitrous oxide does not include cream chargers
