They are incredibly painful to put on.The middle may be 8mm, but the flared ends are too big. It's more like 11mm.

So in this set there is supposed to be cherry wood colored gauges & oak colored gauges, all I got was black, a reddish black/brown & dirt colored gauges instead of oak.. please help me understand why that is? DO NOT BUY.

I'm a very hygienic person. I've only used one pair of these and within a week my earrings were growing mold. The wood is also very porous and rough on your lobes. I wouldn't really recommend these at all. Especially if you have sensitive skin.

I was honestly expecting worse quality earrings considering how inexpensive these are, but they're actually pretty good considering it comes with six pairs. The wood is a bit rough feeling, but they don't cause any discomfort for me, at least. I rated them five stars because they're inexpensive, and I expected worse quality, so it's really a reflection of value for money paid.But if you're looking for really top-notch quality, you're probably not buying six pairs in bulk and should expect to pay more money for just one pair, not six.I would buy from them again, and most likely will. Turnaround on shipping was fairly quick, which I also appreciated.

Cheap painted wood will not put in my ears its disgusting.

You get what you pay. The darker gauges are coated in a thick layer of paint and only noticed after dropping one. The light color ones fell like they're actual wood but very rough. As in the gauges weren't smoothed out. Buyers beware.

Looks great, but due to lack of comfort, may not be the best value for your money. Not all of them, but certain pairs have a rough texture that can irritate your skin. I'll most likely sand them with some 320 grit and then 600 sand paper to remove the texture. Other than that I like them a lot. Size is accurate. Make sure to oil them from time to time.

I like them but couldn't wear them.. I ordered a size 2g.. And actually got a 0g.. Plastic even said 2g on it.. So ended up giving away.. They looked nice..
