Excellent!
What a powerful and versatile little vacuum this is! I bought a cordless vacuum as I have become disabled and can’t manage our corded machine any more; but as a second machine in addition to our Dyson which my husband would continue to use. Although it’s a tad heavier than I would have liked, and the collection box is small which means it has to be emptied more often (collection boxes on all cordless models have small capacity); it is absolutely excellent for picking up on the lowest setting, in fact, when switching to highest setting it was trying to pick up the carpet itself, and it tried to pick up rugs on the lowest setting! This is an absolute bargain, it has such powerful suction, is very versatile with all the tools, and can also be used as a handheld (which will beat any car vacuum that you can buy anywhere). If you are looking for a decent cordless vacuum cleaner you really can’t go wrong with this one, it’s phenomenal!!

Disappointing Build Quality and Usability
Was originally quite happy with this product as it is a pretty capable machine for the price, but after a few weeks I am wishing I never bought it. The main reasons for this are:1) Build quality - After just a couple of months of use, the ~1mm thin strip of plastic that holds the cylinder latch closed snapped, meaning the device is now useless and I'm going to have to contact the manufacturer. Making this moving part so flimsy is a bizarre design choice.2) Difficult to empty - Opening the latch to empty the cylinder does almost nothing, as all the dust and dirt gets stuck around the top, meaning you basically have to disassemble the whole thing (which is quite heavy and awkward) every time you need to empty it, getting dust absolutely everywhere on the process. On top of this, if you don't thoroughly clean the filter inside the cleaner every few weeks, suction becomes rubbish, and it is a pretty gross job to clean out all the caked on dirt.3) General usability - The ergonomics of this aren't terrible overall, but it is pretty top heavy and I don't find the handle very comfortable. Also, the carpet head is a nightmare for getting hair stuck in it, as it doesn't have any sort of functionality for removing it, and you need a screwdriver to remove the roller. Other brands do this much better.

Broke within 17 months
Good suction if you want to use it instead of your main vacuum but not for replacing instead of your regular vacuum.Works fine on low power for a light vacuum of my entire downstairs but if there is dog hair it will need the highest power setting and that lasts about 5 minutes.I find the bin a faff to empty and it is always a messy job as I have to put hand in to take inner bit out .I also find it harder to put bin back on as not as easy as my main vacuum. Will update if battery dies within 2 years as I always put it back in to charge after every use. Cost £199 in June 2023UPDATE . It’s been one year and 2 weeks and I used it twice a month and always put it back in charge. It is showing ‘fully charged’ with all 3 white lights solid but when I take it off the charger and press power on - all 3 white lights flash and it will not turn on. Beko said manufacturer fault rather than battery fault ( light would be red)On my second call to Beko they confirmed that the 12 month warranty has a grace period of an extra 4 weeks so I can return it through the Amazon seller and they gave me an ‘uplift number’. They could have told me that the first time I called rather than say ‘its out of warranty ‘Amazon seller has been great and has said I can get any similar value product - however I discovered that the issue was my fault as I had put the filter back in wrong. Very easily done as it fits in but has to line up and they have no lines to show when it is lined up. So I never returned it but now having owned it for 17 months and always putting it back on charge- it will no longer charge. Used a maximum of 35 times sometimes on low but mainly on high power so by my reckoning I got a grand total of about 150-200 MINUTES of run time before it refused to recharge.Very poor show BEKO

Promising start, but didn’t end well
I was impressed with the cleaner when first brought. It was powerful, picked up débris well including cat hair and was easy to use. It was attractive from a price point as other cordless vacuum cleaners are much more expensive. The only bug bear was that it would get blocked with dust in different places but as it would cut itself off when blocked you’d know there was a blockage to clear. However 6 months in the unit that collects debris broke away from the handle and apparently couldn’t be replaced. I would have been happy to have been offered a replacement but told by the seller to return the item and given a refund. After a promising start I’m left having to research a new product as don’t want to take the risk of purchasing this again. Overall rating is low as can’t account for its reliability.

A decent vacuum, but delicate and fragile. Don't drop it, ever!
I bought this on the advice of Which?. It died after 13 months of regular use. When it worked it was decent, but the Labrador hairs and dust from our wooden floors clogged the motor, preventing it from spinning. I used to dry-clean the filter each empty cycle too.The vacuum unit itself is compact and powerful enough, but the plastic is quite flimsy. The chamber lid latch was quite brittle and broke after a slight fall, but was manageable to still use. Perhaps this slight fall disrupted the motor, causing its eventual failure, I'm uncertain. The dog brush attachment is really good for the sofas we have too (yep, he's allowed on the sofa!). The other attachments also all work well.I'd say this is a decent vacuum, but not robust like a Henry, et al, so treat it with care if you do buy.
