I’ve always enjoyed these, especially at the height of my physical activity/ training. They always enhance my workout I always seem to settle well on my stomach. There’s a cinnamon flavor that takes him getting used to, that I’ve tried when this flavor isn’t available. This is my favorite flavor, but I’ve noticed over the years. It’s often out of stock..The wafer probably isn’t the least expensive option but with more volume than a tablet, chances are you get more of the minerals they advertise.

Dosage is 3 chewables Daily. Definitely gives me extra energy that I can feel. Sometimes I spread them out through the day because it is hard to chew the third one at the same time. The flavor is not bad. It is the best vitamin I have ever taken that I can honestly say it makes a big difference in the way I feel. Remarkable. I can also just take 2 daily and still feel a boost and energy change.

I can tell a major difference in my energy level with these. When I forget them I feel sluggish. When I take them I feel energetic. I take 1 after each meal of the day so they can be more readily digested with food and have better absorption into my body. These vitamins have most of the nutrients I need to supplement my daily nutrition. Sometimes I add other supplements, but usually only when I am healing from an injury. They are also loaded with excellent whole food sources of antioxidants so if you need immune boosting, these would probably help you. I rarely get sick when I am taking these everyday. Also, I avoid taking them too close to bedtime because then I have trouble getting to sleep due to all the extra energy. I can also tell that I have better and more energetic workouts if I take one with a small meal an hour or so prior to exercise. I like the chewables because I don't like swallowing big tablets and digestion feels a bit more difficult with a tablet. Also, I try to avoid as many binding agents as possible and I think the tablets have more. These chewables taste fine to me, but then again I am very accustomed to eating mainly whole, healthy foods with little sugar or chemical additives and flavorings. They do contain xylitol so don't let your dog eat them because xylitol is poisonous to dogs. Xylitol may taste funny to some people, but that is often what people say who eat a lot of sugar.

In general I am a big fan of the adult chewable multi vitamin, but these were simply awful. I knew when I bought them that you needed to take three at a time. What I didn't know is that these were horsepills (at least 1/3-1/2 an inch thick) that tastes like someone mixed chalk with highly diluted pineapple juice. For me the point of the chewable is to make the process of taking my vitamins easier and maybe just a bit pleasant. These fell well short of the mark on both counts.

Chewable pills are huge! Taste terrible and make me nauseous when they hit my stomach. But the are so inclusive in their contents I choke them down.

My husband has trouble swallowing pills. These chewable are absolutely HUGE and they are hard. He had to suck on them awhile to even be able to chew them. I will not order them again. I will stick with gummies or will buy liquid.

The gummies and tablets are very hard to find in stores, so we’re super thankful to find them on here! It did take almost a month to ship but well worth the wait! These vitamins keep us energized and eager for day to day activities!
