POWERTEQEdge Products Gas Evolution CTS3 for Dodge/Ram

As bad as this product is, the customer service at Edge is even worse. I bought the supposedly new and improved CTS3 Evolution for my 2012 Ram with the 5.7L Hemi, only to have it first tell me that the “SKU doesn’t support tuning”. I tried updating befor calling their customer service but it changed nothing. I then called customer service and they told me that there was no licence installed in the unit, but their engineers could do that through an update. They did, but they installed the wrong license, putting one on for a GM instead of a Ram. So more time waiting on the phone while they put a Ram licence on the unit. They told me I should be good to go, but no such luck. I then got a message saying that there are control units in my vehicle (which is totally stock) that are currently not supported. So the tech downloaded info to once again send to the engineers. Six days after all this started, the engineers still haven’t got to it. I called on day three and asked to speak to the supervisor, someone named Aaron/Erin Chapman, and was told he/she was in a meeting and would call me back in an hour, of course that didn’t happen. I called back two days later and asked to speak to the supervisor again, but of course he was “in a meeting” once again and couldn’t talk to me. At this point the decision was made to return this product and spend my money on another brand, hopefully one that will actually try to take care of their customer in a timely manner. This was my first, and last time buying a product from Edge. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
