These were bought as a gift for a Kindergarten classroom. They are used for many things including to refocus attention, to calm behavior, and just to flip over and over to look at. Great for the desk or a toy shelf.

These are really satisfying my kid is obsessed with them. She’s going to hand them out at her party. So they’re great for party gifts or really anything else.

Sad post. But, as my dad is progessing to the later stages of Alzheimers. There is very little that he can enjoy (or even actively participate in). I bought these, thinking they are very simple to work (just turn over when all the colors are at the bottom and you start the colors cascading down all over again). My dad has been very distracted and entralled with this little gadget!. He can work it, and he likes to watch the liquid colors fall to the bottom. Seems simple right? To me, I love that he is being entertained by something and not just sitting and staring! The reason for 4 stars though, is that they came a little scratched (which in my case wasn't a big deal) but if you are planning on making it a gift this may matter to you. I think for the price, this is a great value for a bit of entertainment. Also, I think my little grandkids would like this as well. Ages 3-7

While the product was interesting to look at, it does not have a completely flat base (there is a ridge at the bottom) plus the ends are not very wide, and they easily fall over when on any flat surface. My dad with moderate dementia tried to stand it up but once it fell, he seemed to think he did something wrong and just gave up on it. This problem could be easily remedied by adding a larger, clear base on the bottom so it can be stood up readily, even by an elderly patient with unsteady hands. As is, it is pretty unusable by my dad.

I would have given a higher rating if they had arrived with none broken. This was going to be a gift so I had paid for 10 needing all 10. Item arrived today box completely soaked and one of them completely shattered. I'd send it back if I didn't have to wait so long with the possibility of it coming shattered again. The box was packed pretty tight and not the greatest which is where I'm guessing it ended up broken upon shipping and being squeezed into the box so tight.My kids absolutely love these they are such great gifts just be aware that if you buy the 10 pack some may come shattered so allow yourself time to be able to send them back for replacement.I unfortunately have ran out of time for a replacement sadly, I just feel they could have definitely packaged it better.

But they break easily 😞. For the kids who use these, they need to be able to withstand a hit, and these didn't. Most broke within a day or 2.

My family really enjoyed these little “toys”. They reminded us of the old-time lava lamp. My set arrived well wrapped in a decorative box. The only color combo I did not care for was black & yellow. All the others were bright. Playing with the bubbler brought a calm feeling in these troubled times. No quality issues so far.
