Don’t get me wrong this is lovely, the design and idea is awesome... but to take full advantage of it you really need to have a long thin neck & small face, otherwise you feel like your being strangled....It would of been nice if this was designed for ALL neck & face shapes and sizes... I don’t think the designers have put any thought into this at all, not everyone is skinny, if only it was longer as well.I am very very disappointed, it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for, expensive, but worth it if it fits. I am reluctant to send it back because it’s so nice but if I don’t then I’ve wasted fifty pounds on something that will sit in my draw. So I’ve made the decision to send it back, unfortunately!Very saddened it’s not big enough!!! Hence the two stars!

Bought this as a present, it was really well packaged and extremely comfortable to wear. Only issue was the stitching on the velcro to secure it round your neck was not properly stitched on which I worry will rip off if pulled too quickly. For quite an expensive travel pillow I wouldn’t expect quality issues.

Very poor quality considering the price, bought it before reading other reviews and would totally agree with them. Haven’t tried it yet so can’t comment on comfiness

Received it just before I needed to go the to airport, so thank you Amazon! Although it was only a 2 hour flight, I wanted to test this before my next long haul trip in a couple weeks. The memory foam was great for me, and super supportive. I also liked how easy it was to adjust, as it was just velcro. Overall, it was what I was really great.

Great for travelling and looking forward to using on a long haul flight. I have arthritis in my neck and so i feel that it will really help me ensure the journey better. i have a long neck so it fitted okay. My partner has a shorter neck and tried it and found it difficult to wrap it around with ease. Best for longer necks.

I already have a decent neck pillow, which does the job, but bought this one as I thought it would be much better support and quality being as it was so expensive. Hugely disappointed as it doesn't really give you the support round your neck as it folds over when you lean into it, and quite high up round your neck and head when sat upright.

Fantastic buy. Incredible comfy.
