Not effective
The great Dr Oz suggests taking 350mg Phytoceramides a day. I tried the wheat based and saw not difference so I thought I'd try the rice based instead. This only contains 40mg Phytoceramides per recommended dose (1 pill a day). I took it for 60 days and again saw no difference. Maybe if I had taken 9 pills a day it would have helped, but that would be totally cost prohibitive. Might work for you - who knows? They didn't help this mid 50's person.

I am not seeing any change
I have used them for 60 days and I am not seeing any difference. I will not be buying anymore.

Too early to tell
I have only been taking this product for two weeks now so I am not seeing a difference yet. It says you need to take it for at least four weeks to see some results, and that is what I am hoping for. I think the price of this product was very reasonable compared to other sites. It does not upset your stomach at all. I will continue using the three bottles I purchased and see if I can see better results at that time and post another review.

rice phytoceramides
This is much better than wheat based, as I am allergic and stats say its produces better results. I used for 30 days and there was definitely a marked difference in my wrinkles, being much less noticeable. I am happy with the results in just one month!

save your money
I did not see any change in my hair or nails, or skin as promised in the ad. I think that any sort of vitamin would be just as affective.

I didn't really see any difference in my skin when using this product.

I like the fact that there is no fillers or binders ...
I have been taking Be Youth for 3 months and there is some improvement, wrinkles less noticeable, firmer skin and a more defined jaw line. I like the fact that there is no fillers or binders also. Try this product, it may work for you.
