Too small/short! Sticks up and has a huge gap in the top knob and shaft.

Nice look and super easy to install. Lights up better than the original.

My original idrive knob was scratched up. This replacement is excellent. Look great. Easy install.

Lamentablemente no pudimos colocarla de manera correcta. No hubo manera de que encajara.Resolvimos desarmándolo, y solo usando el stickers de arriba.No es lo que esperábamos , pero algo lógranos.

So if you are looking for trim pieces to spruce up your older BMW this is a great fit for all 2012 X3’s does it fit other models yes but I don’t give a crap which ones…I spent hours and hours going over different specs for different trim pieces for my 3012 X3 and it sucked. The sellers page said it will definitely fit my make and model but then read reviews snd about 20 in you read “DOES NOT FIT BMW 3X” and then there is a bunch of people choking in on how they bought it and it also doesn’t fit even though it’s listed as being compatible. So this continues throughout the night not even my garage is able to tell me if a piece is going work or not so then I finally fine this one. Exactly what I wanted a replacement for my I drive knob that is a little bigger and has the m logo on it. I get it a couple days later and goTo install it, what a breeze to install I was done in five minutes and the selector which had been B worn and drove me nuts looking at is shiny brand new and larger than before. It lights up quite nicely and just looks so much better. I couldn’t be more happy with how it looks or the ease of installing it. What a great product for the money and once again it definitely fits the 2012 BMW X3! Woohoo!
