Q: does the mouth mouth?

Yes the mouth does move with your mouth. The mask is very cool and realistic, it moves with certain facial expressions also.

Q: What's with the dust/powdery substance inside the mask. If you put finger through it, you see it on your finger?

We use corn starch when we pull the mask from the mold so the latex does not stick together as it forms. Simply wipe away the excess corn starch with a dry towel.

Q: Can I paint it a darker color if so what paint can I use

It’s pretty dark as is. It is also very flexible so painting it would be a real challenge. Stage and movie makeup might be an option
