I ordered the AC1200 with 400mbps, yet when I received the modem the box says same model, but only 300mbps?

That's right. One important thing, most cable companies now require Docsis3.1 and this combo unit is only Docsis3.0. Beware!!!!

Ziply Fiber service does not use modems. It provides an Ethernet connection via an Optical Network Terminal (ONT) supplied by Ziply as part of your service at no extra charge. You simply plug your router into that connection. Any current-generation router with a 1GB WAN port and supporting WiFi 5 or 6 will work.

Is this a new modem and router ?

This is a fairly old model that only supports DOCSIS 3.0 connections, so if you have very high speed Internet you would want to look for one that supports DOCSIS 3.1 (NETGEAR CM1000 or higher modem supports DOCSIS 3.1)

Tengo una pregunta, pro que el modelo C6230, se desconecta del internet cada 15 minutos, le a pasado eso alguien y como lo soluciono?

El mio funciona sin problema estoy con xfinity, quizás hablando a soporte. Pero en mi caso todo bien.
