Lasts 3 to 4 times longer than generic flush valve seals.
Although the Mansfield flush valve seals look much like the non-Mansfield product, I have to replace the generic version 3 to 4 times more often than the Mansfield. The quality is obviously much better and do not cost much more than the others that have to be replaced 3 to 4 times as often.

Better than Local hardware
All three of my toilettes have Mansfield Flush Valves. I've been buying from the local hardware (3 letters starting in 'A'). When I last needed a replacement I went to A-- and each was almost $ 9 - Wow!. Sooo, I bit the bullet and ordered a pack of 10 for $ 2 each; and sold of 3 to a neighbor (we all have the same). The old ones lasted about 3 years and the rubber would get 'grainy' and start to leak. This always happens just as we're getting ready to leave on a trip or some other inconvenient time - Grrrr. Sooo, I decided to replace all three (just like I replace all smoke alarm batteries at once !)The new ones - 'official' Mansfield are slightly bigger diameter. this may not be significant by itself, but does indicate they come from a different source; and may have (a guess) a better rubber compound to resist water degradation. Anyway, I replaced all three toilettes and am now set for a decade of replacements at a good price, and hopefully they will last longer.Let me add an installation note: The top of the valve seat has a small grove at the top designed to accept these seals. When installing - feel for this grove and make sure the seals are fitted into the groove - and not further down past the groove. It's easy to 'fit' them below the groove :{ When seated properly you can easily rotate the seal around the valve seat. Obviously I'm providing this note because I pushed the first try too far down and it didn't seal properly. Learn by my error.

Perfect replacement
These are the real deal for the Mansfield flush valve. Better quality and dimensions than after market replacements. Installation is a bit tricky with this valve - you have to work at getting the gasket into the groove on the seat otherwise the valve won't work properly. That is not a fault of the design or the product but worth noting. Use care to replace the casket properly.

Don't buy imitations. Get this OEM part to avoid creating new problems.
I bought a "Korky" brand replacement valve seal for my Mansfield toilet because that's what Ace Hardware had in stock. Little did I know it covered only about half the area of the OEM Mansfield part 630-0030. It solved my hard-to-push toilet handle problem but created a new eternally filling water problem! Replacing it with the OEM seal fixed all problems. Buying it in a pack of 10 qualified for same-day delivery and reduced the cost to $2.50 per seal!

OEM Product
Like others have said these work while the off brand ones are horrible! The price was very reasonable,I do maintenance on 30 duplexes and were sold some of the junk ones which were a nightmare! A 10 minute job at best would take 30-45 minutes and sometimes they would still seep water. Do yourself a favor and ONLY purchase genuine Mansfield flush valve seals

Better quality than off-brand
Thicker than off-brand item, and as such I expect it to last longer. Downside of thickness is that it is stiffer, and I had to shape it a bit to the curved surfaces so that it would seal. Once in place for a while, it is performing flawlessly. Be sure to make sure it is seated in the groove correctly.

Easy and quick to install LESS THAN A MINUTE!
The design of the flush valve is so simple that the entire replacement takes less than a minute. I don't even shut off the water to the toilet. Remove the water tube from cap on top of flush valve, unscrew the cap, pull out the plunger, pull off the old seal, put new seal in place, insert plunger, screw on cap and insert water tube. That's it.
