OMG, wouldn't believe it if I didn't see it
Perfect nonstick pan. I don't see how anything can stick to it. I'm not the cook, my wife is. But I've been having lots of fun with this omelet pan making fried and scrambled eggs. No need for butter. I just put in a little olive oil, but that's just for a little flavoring. Nothing will stick to this. My wife has become a b-i-g fan. It makes all other nonstick pans we have become obsolete. She was skeptical about nonstick pans in general because of poor performance on others we have. She was so surprised at how good this Le Creuset pan is. In fact, she didn't know they make light (weight-wise) cookware since she has their heavy cookware, which she loves. Surprisingly, though her favorite cookware stores carry Le Creuset, we have yet to see a store carrying this omelet pan. Not sure why, unless this is a new product.Yes, the price is steep. Worth every penny. You'll eventually forget the price, but you'll never forget the day-to-day effectiveness and joy of this product.

Best non-stick surface!
I fell in love with LeCreuset cast iron pots, so when I wanted to replace my stainless set, I looked into LeCreuset tri-ply. I cook every day, and I have been very very pleased with my tri-ply set. Comfortable handles, easy-pour edges, and of course, even heating from heavy-duty high-quality pots and pans. At the time we bought the new set, we also ordered a non-stick pan because we go through omelet pans every couple years. Most recently, we bought Calphalon non-stick. BUT, the new LeCreuset are far superior to any we've ever had, plus, a 10-year warranty on the non-stick coating is very generous. This surface is the smoothest I've every used. It feels oiled, even when spotlessly clean. After loving our small omelet pan, we bought this larger one for scrambled eggs, sauteed veggies, and grilled sandwiches. We use it almost daily. Although the material says dishwasher safe, I prefer to hand-wash it, and it cleans up with just a wipe with a sponge. We use one or both of our LeCreuset non-stick pans almost every day, and they are terrific pans. I recommend them without reservation.

Ok, I need to write a review about this pan
So here I am, a 40 year old man who doesn't like the kitchen writing a review about a pan. Here's the thing: I have purchased 3 pans in 3 years for my wife, who loves cooking. The last one was a Martha Steward pan which like the others, start to fall apart 4 months after purchase. So I decided to look out in google for the best Pan and found this one. At first I thought it was really expensive for me (100 bucks is quite a lot of money for just one pan). But after almost 10 months I got to tell you DO NOT WASTE your money on other pan, invest your money on this one. It has excel on my wife kitchen and she uses it at least twice a day. What an excellent product, you won`t regret the purchase.Just one tip: follow the user instructions which came on the box and on the sellers site, and you will hace an excellent pan for your daily food.

Worth every penny.
The pan does what it claims to do - heats evenly and does not require high heat as it conducts heat so well. It distributes water so well on its surface that when we clean it (really easy to do) we don't have to dry it as it is already dry. The pan is stable in my hand making it easy to lift and/or transfer it to another burner. Because of this pan, we are looking into other Le Creuset kitchenware. We currently have All-Clad. While the pans are good, the handles make cooking unstable as they taper where the handle is attached to the pan. Ugh. That was money down the drain.

I know these stick free pans have a lifespan like everything else but I feel as though it should ...
Bought this in Dec 2013 and have used it consistently for general cooking. The non-stick coating is sorely worn and is not stick free and has not been for some time now. I am afraid it is already due for the goodwill donation box. I know these stick free pans have a lifespan like everything else but I feel as though it should have lasted longer. We have always used wooden or plastic utensils and hand washed BTW. I am going to try the Scanpan Chefs pan next.

Perfect in so Many Ways
Yes, it's "just" a pan, but perfect in so many ways. The heft that makes for a perfect fit in your hand, the slope of the sides that allows you to easily slide an omelet right out of the pan and onto a plate, that it is the perfect diameter for a two to three-egg omelet. And those are just the secondaries. Great heat conductivity, looks good, easy to clean and durable. This is my first venture into Le Creuset's non-stick line, and I'm not disappointed.

Bottom stains unexplicably!
I use an induction cooker, needless to say the bottom of ALL my cookware look new. No stains, darkening or any doscoloration EXCEPT this one.Photo shows AFTER MASSIVE EFFORT to remove stain.I treated with Baking Soda Paste, scrubbed it, soaked in Baking Soda Solutuin amd scrubbed / soaped again. You can see the brown markings that I couldn't take out.The first time I used it (I only use this for frying an egg), there was a light brown--dark tea colored stain at the entire bottom. I couldn't make out where it came from. As I continued to use it, it became worse. Note that I hand wash every after use. After about 5 uses, the staining got so bad that it looked it should be thrown away! While the pan is truly non-stick, good size, nice balance, the staining is so bad that the fair performance can easily be overlooked.I would probaby never buy any Les Creuset cookware again apart from the dutch oven.

Great pan but what happened to the price??!!
Great pan and does all as advertised. See other reviews - nothing sticks. BUT - WTF is with the price. I wanted to buy a second one but the price showing is $176? I bought the pan in 9/2014 for $85. Its good, but not that good.

Top quality pan
This pan is fantastic. Having been impressed by the saucepans for a while, decided to splash out on this frying pan. Having prepped it per the instructions, it cooks at a low-med heat on the induction hob, no sticking whatsoever. No mess at all, it was as though the pieces of meat were ice cubes sliding around while cooking. Meat came out cooked perfectly, not tough at all. Even, direct heat. Handle stays cold. No splashing of oil, used a tiny amount. A revelation! Worth the extra money

A quality product
This fry pan can be used for other methods of cooking other than frying and is a first rate quality product. It is rather expensive but you have to pay a premium for this high quality. My mother always said pay as much as you can afford on saucepans and frypans because they will then last a you lifetime if looked after properly. Mum has proved to be right on many occasion.

Excellent quality
Somebody mentioned that this does not make good omelettes as you have to get the pan smoking hot to do that. I beg to differ. Sure, if you're still using a cast iron omelette pan (which takes a lifetime to season but, admittedly, lasts a lifetime, too) and a traditional spit and smoke frying technique, this does not fit the bill. What it does do, however, is achieve a suitable temperature in double quick time, uses less oil (or butter), less fuel and produces light and fluffy omelettes without the leather bottom you get if you leave one in a cast iron pan too long. I am a convert to cooler cooking with quality results. Le Creuset pans are expensive but, to my mind, worth every penny owing to their ease of use and predictable results. I have this pan's bigger brother as well. If I want a griddled steak where I do want smoking hot, I use a Le Creuset cast iron griddle. I have only one criticism of these frying pans and that is that the stainless steel bottoms scratch easily on my gas hob trivets.

Middle starts to be sticky after 3 months... I don't get it
This is my first expensive pan I bought, took extra care, followed all the instructions on how to clean it and maintain it.No metal utensils used on it, only wood and silicon.Never used high heat only medium.Never put salt on the pan aloneWaited until the pan was cold to wash it with warm soppy water and cleaned it with the sponge carefully.Applied oil so it can be coated with an extra cover and remain non sticky hours before cookingYET it manages to become sticky after a couple of months...This performed WORSE than a non popular brand I bough years ago, this is NOT what I was expectingWhat did I miss?Like honestly I wanted this pan to last years and be proud of it, I cooked really often so I need to best tools.I will update this with some pictures.Even eggs start to stick to my pan, this is a disappointment.

Lifetime guarantee
Excellent pan , great for omelettes and other stuff that needs a fry but not in a big ole pan.Not too light, not too heavy - doesnโt need a lot of any oil. Easy to clean
