it is like sleeping inside a bear skin.It is takes a while to get used to because you will realise how hot it gets inside my quilt might have something to do with that as well...but there is nothing better than this for a winter sleep in heat and luxury. You will not use as much heating in the winter it literally heats you and the room. 12/10

This is surprisingly lovely... I bought it as a back-up option for a more expensive one, and ended up keeping this and returning the other one. It's incredibly soft and strokeable! The colour is nice too - it's a proper charcoal (as opposed to a simple dark grey). With a duvet inside it, it looks like a big furry throw - which is what I wanted. I luuuurve it. So does the dog!I had the pillowcases adapted into scatter cushions, so no-flap wasn't an issue on pillowcases for me, but may be for others. Only niggle is that it could do with twice the amount of buttons on the bottom; I may add some myself if I can ever bear to get out from under this gorgeous duvet...

We wanted this to matchup with a colour change in the bedroom - I stupidly ordered the incorrect sizing first off, which was dealt with very efficiently. Nice and simple with no frills, the only thing I have to try and change is where the cat sleeps during the day! Good quality product and fast delivery.

Nice elegant look but the contrast piping of one of the two sets that I ordered was very badly executed - ugly and not fully stitched. Also, the material was thin and not very soft. Last but not least - that same set had stains and sticky residue from something like glue. Basically - one set was good and one set was very bad so only one was usable. And it’s such a hassle to return. So I wouldn’t order it if I knew in advance.

I orded this with out looking at the reviews. Looking the next day at the one star and thought I had made a mistake and should have looked at them before ordering but when it came I was surprised it was packed beautifully came in a bag made of the same material as the cover ,slept like a log last night so happy I got it. the only small thing is it would be nice if the button were closer together ( more buttons) as can see my quilt thought the big gaps but apart from that I'm very happy thank you.

Even my 17 year old son is very disappointed with the quality of this duvet cover. It’s thin, feels plasticky and creases really bad. My own fault though, I searched for a 100% cotton duvet cover and this came up but I didn’t actually check the detail - it says 100% polycotton. Makes every difference!Won’t be buying again from here.

Very dissatisfied with the duvet cover received.I ordered the white one with black trim. And for some unknown reason, it’s come with random pieces of red and green thread scattered on the front.As it’s a white duvet, it’s very noticeable and looks like dirt marks from afar.I wasn’t too fussed about anything else and overall liked the product. Such a shame

After this purchase, I promised myself to spend more for a better quality duvet cover. It initially looks very nice and elegant but after a couple of washes (40 degrees), you can directly put it in the bin!
