For the last 20 years our family owned bait and tackle shop has put on a totally free “ take a child fishing derby”. We have four different age groups, so that the Young ones aren’t going against the older kids. Each age group has an assigned colored index card and then we write the kids names on the cards and put them in alphabetical order, A- H, I - P, and Q - Z. That’s what these recipe card holders were used for, easy access to check off as a child comes for the derby and the party we hold after.

Used these for storage of recipe cards. They fit perfectly!

In a midnight moment, I had a brilliant idea for organizing something and ordered these. By the time they arrived, the idea of what or how I was going to organize was long gone. They are sturdy and will be handy if the idea ever returns. If not, they will become yard sale fodder in the distant future. The 4 star rating is based on price.... seems they shouldn't be more than $2 each, but they weren't.

They are good for the price wish that the closure was better and sturdier.

I used my index card holders to sort my Health & Life Insurance flashcards to help me study for my exam!!
