Great quality, great taste
Amazing quality. Every teabag (that is ecologically friendly) contains dried valerian. If you are familiar with the herb - it does have a distinctive smell - which is completely normal and desirable ( if is doesn’t smell that means it’s not a real valerian).. The entire box will be smelling like it, BUT the results of calming and bettering your sleep are unparalleled ! - I am dealing with an anxiety driven insomnia for months, and I find this tea very helpful. Will definitely be ordering again !
