Wow, it actually worked! Used with Dramamine the first two days.
We were moving from California to Florida and have an older dog who has always gotten carsick easily. I've worked with him, and there were a few times I was able to drive half an hour without him vomiting on the back seat. We were about to drive 3200 miles and I was desperate enough to try just about anything. The first two days I gave him Dramamine first thing in the morning and rubbed Motion Sickness Pet Relief oil onto the pads of his feet and onto the inside of his ears every two hours (or so). He didn't throw up once! After two days, we couldn't find the Dramamine and used only the Motion Sickness Pet Relief oil. He rode in the backseat like a champ!Oh, and once we got to Florida our home sale went sideways, so we had to head right back to California - then back to the east coast AGAIN. By the final leg of the trip, I was applying this to his foot pads and ears in the morning and after our lunch break only. He wasn't car sick once.

Really helped our carsick dog!
Our 50-lb Catahoula mix would get carsick anytime we hit the freeway - pretty troublesome being based in the Bay Area of California. It didn't matter if we let him sit in the front seat, back seat, on an empty stomach, we tried many different factors and the poor pup would always throw up!We got this oil and applied it around his ears, on his paw pads, and a bit on his stomach and we hit the road to my parents' house about 45 minutes away and he did so well on the trip! Now we won't go on any freeway trips without applying this oil and no more vomiting! The smell is slightly herbal and wears off within a day but it's non-offensive to me. I explain to our friends and family when they greet our pup he's on a special oil blend to prevent car sickness but no one has said he stinks so it's a win-win!

Didn't work for us.
Pet Relief didn't have any effect at all.We have to travel twice a week and our 6 mo. old Springer gets VERY car sick. I have created a safe-space for him to toss his bkfst every time he has to make the 1.5 hour trip. Twice a week it breaks my heart to see him so sick. Not saying it won't work for some but there's an important thing to remember with all pet care products. There's no regulating agency that demands effectiveness for any product sold. It' a perfect playing field for snake oil. Trying CBD oil this week heard some good things from a friend about CBD oil. Dramamine didn't work either and even if it did work the lingering effects last for 6-8 hours. This makes it unusable.

Love the concept but it didn't seem to help my very small puppies.
Unfortunately, this didn't work for my puppies with car sickness. Even after one use, one of the pups would start salivating as soon as she smelled the oil. The instructions say to use the product even when not traveling so your dog doesn't associate the smell with travel. The odor isn't unpleasant, but my puppies hated it and would start trying to rub it off immediately. These are very small puppies, so perhaps it is just too strong for them. I'll try it on one of my adult dogs that suffers from car sickness/travel anxiety to see if it works for her.

Maybe a good product, but did not work for my dog
It did not work for my 6 month Lab puppy, he is still throwing up in the car. The product maybe good, as sofa nothing has worked for my lab pup.Update: Company contacted me and offered me a refund or a free replacement bottle. I really appreciated that the company took the time to contact me. I took the refund as nothing works for my Lab Pup, not even meds from the Vet.

She gets horribly nauseous in the car
Bought this for my shapso puppy. She gets horribly nauseous in the car. She is terrified of getting in the car. So we are working on it. Meanwhile I'm using this every day two times a day for when we are ready for an adventure.

Worked perfectly on first use for my pup
I rarely take the time to right reviews, but I had to for this one. The last time my dog and I went on a road trip she threw up three times before making it to the highway. I knew I had to get something to try and make the trip more comfortable.I rubbed this on her ears and belly (she instantly rolled around trying to get it off) and she has zero incidents in the car. She probably spent a total of 10 hours in the car over the weekend, with mountains and twists and turns and she never got sick.Amazing!

It worked!
My young havanese was never able to complete a car ride without being physically sick or looking and acting miserable the whole way. We tried this today by rubbing some oil on her ears and belly and she made a round trip without getting sick or showing any signs of distress. It was a total success!
