I believe this does help with repairing damaged tissue by activating stem cells.

The sports medicine doctor I was using for stem cell injections in my knees recommended this supplement before my treatment. He is a doctor of some renown in Ft. Worth Texas. He is used by one University as their sports medicine doctor and the Ft. Worth Livestock and Rodeo Association. I started taking the supplement about 10 days before the procedure. My knees were in such bad shape I had thought I would have to use a wheelchair at my grand-daughter's wedding. As it turned out, after starting this supplement, I didn't even need a cane. The doctor wants me to take the supplement for at least 4 months. I told him I will never stop taking it.

Great Product but expensive, over 70 dollars after tax for 30 days worth.

Not professional opinion just my own: first bottle had results w/ lower back, second bottle I had some lapse in daily intake missed a few days therefore not as good results it seems w/ knee & back. Also don't consume alcohol it will negate any progress. I don't know if there's any warning re: alcohol.

I have no idea how this works, only that it does work. I'm 65 and was beginning to feel my age this past year. My balance was gone, as well as my memory. After taking these for about 3 weeks, I am feeling like my younger self. Everything is better! I can even do some of the yoga that I haven't done in years. Feels great! Thanks!Only thing I don't like is the price. Those of us on SSI won't be able to afford all the time. Otherwise, I do highly recommend for anyone feeling the aches and pains, as well as cognitive decline, of old age.

Based on previously read reviews, I waited until I had taken it for two months to write my review. I definitely have more energy and feel much better, and have less pain in my back and knees, but it definitely took two months before noticing the difference. I'm not sure yet about the hair and nail improvements. Those are harder to detect. Despite the cost, at my age, I will continue taking this. It feels good to be able to get around a lot better!

After reading the other reviews, I decided to take a chance on these capsules. I am recovering from knee surgery and wanted to explore ways to heal faster. The product gives a false hope to patients and has misleading claims. I took the capsules for two months, never missed a day. Unfortunately, there were no results except for the fact that I spent $70 on each bottle I purchased. A note for future patients, avoid this product and mainly focus on your physical therapy and icing your knee. That will have much better results than the Stem-Kine supplements.
