Great product
This product is super comfortable,runs tight but not to tight. If you are playing speed ball these are a must even if you do not plan on sliding or diving these pads will 100% bounce some balls off them 7 bounces in 3 points ran.

Not meant for arms with any muscle.
The main pad feels great. Overall length is good, I’m 5’7” 180 lbs. However it’s incredibly tight. If I got the large it would be too long. The medium is the right length but is very tight on my biceps. I’m no body builder but I’m not a twig either. Might break in after more use.

A little small
I got a medium and I’m 5’10 165. They are too short for my long arms. Just can’t use the hand guard which I didn’t really care about anyway. They are great and work well just a little tight

Elbow pads that do their job.
Very good elbow pads. Great protection and generate lots of bounces. Can be difficult to put on and take off but worth it.
