Q: My hand is almost exactly 4.5". should i go medium or large? i don't want them to bunch up but i'm worried if i get medium they will be too small.

I had the same exact problem - 4.5" hand. I went with this recommendation and got a large, but I believe the excessive length compromises the grip for things like pull-ups, so I don't use them anymore. Wish I could exchange them for mediums. I see other crossfitters wear it a bit more snug than me and have no problems.
