Two days in and I have seen immediate results with this piece of kit. I am wearing it over my shirt but under a gilet in the office and you can’t see it. I have chronic lower back pain from years of sitting badly and not only has this pulled my back into the correct posture and is making me feel taller, but in a seat my back is absolutely in the position it needs to be in and I have no lower back pain. Cannot recommend it enough. I am hoping over time my back “learns” to keep this alignment without wearing it and I am also now doing core and back exercises to further help this process along. Bottom line: it works and is well made.

I tried to wear this as I am concerned that I don't pull my shoulders back as I should. I found the straps over the shoulders to be too narrow and uncomfortable to wear for extended periods. Perhaps I was doing something wrong, but perhaps not the best design for me.

Great for back posture and relieve back from pain. Adjustable straps are there need to read the instructions to find them. Great once on very happy for the price.

I must say, it is comfortable to wear and easy to put on; although the only qualm I have is that it doesn't actually keep you upright as such...you tighten the waist but there is no strap for the shoulders, so it will not support the top half of the brace, maybe that's the reason the tension is too firm.

I have been using this for 3 days now and it really is helping my posture. It’s easy to wear and mostly comfortable. The only downside, which I note a few reviews have mentioned, is that it does chafe under the arms. However, the shoulder padding does move so that has helped by moving it to that area and I’ve used my own extra padding too.That really is my only complaint, the back support is firm, it’s easy to move around in - I had no restrictions, and it can be worn discreetly under a jumper. I would recommend this product.
