Lighter in color, durable and shiny
These are pretty and durable but the color was a shade lighter than the photo, yet it still added the perfect match of color blue for a baby shower

I ordered these for accent color for my blue balloon arch. They did have some kind of powder on them, I used a balloon pump so I wasnt bothered by the powder. The ends were stretchy and really nice to use with a balloon tie tool. They didnt pop or deflate and I blew them up 5 hours before the party. I would definitely buy again!
