Q: Are these pens the new style or old one?

These are identical to what I have ours based from brick and mortar stores several years ago.

Q: Do the pens say muji on it?

Mine did. They appear to be the same ones as my son brought back from India. I took a pic of one but can't seem to upload it for you here. Best pens ever! I stopped using other pens as these are priced great and write wonderfully. Q: Does it come in a box?

It comes in a plastic packaging, sort of like a "box" to hold them together. But I keep them in my pencil case because it's way cuter.
