Update: My only complaint below was that there were no measurement markings on the dropper for more accurate dosing. I finished out my first bottle, and ordered another, so maybe a month after leaving the first review. And that bottle arrived with measurement markings on the bottle! So my four stars has been changed to five. That's a level of customer service bordering on fanatical, and I'll take it! I use the vitamins, minerals, and probiotics, and have noticed a difference in my health. Now, back to the original review... This has the strains of probiotics I was looking for, plus some. A probiotic supplement should really have several, but it's not just "the more the merrier". Different probiotics do different things in the body, and I was looking for gut health and inflammation relief. This combo is great for that. There are enough of the colonies to make a difference. You really have to give your body a good dose if you're just starting to get healthy, and it helps to continue the supplement to protect against times when your diet just can't provide all of what you need. Or times when your immune system needs a boost, your stress levels are high, and a hundred other things (maybe. I didn't count. It's just a lot.) I saw evidence of this when I took my first half-dose; it did exactly what the literature said it might! Flavor: This tastes like nothing. Like filtered water. Until I saw the effects, I was afraid I'd gotten ripped off. The only reason I kept taking it was because I'd had success with other products in this line. That's how much it tastes like nothing. So yay! Definitely no worries about artificial color or flavor. Color: See above. It not only tastes like water, it looks like water. Put it in whatever you like without concern. Dosing: Ugh. "Four half droppers". But even with a good squeeze on the "nipple" (?), the dropper tube isn't really halfway full. So I assume that's what they mean by "halfway". But it's difficult to know whether I'm getting the right dose each time. A dropper with dose markings would be incredibly helpful. But, it's probably close enough, especially for this type of supplement. Results: After a single week, I'm seeing improvement. I cannot attribute it all to this supplement, as I am also on a strict short-term diet for the purposes of healing my gut. This is just a part of getting your gut healthy. I won't go into great detail, but my digestive function has improved, as well as several other related ailments. Amazon isn't the place to get more personal lol. Buy Again? Yes. I would and I will. I am likely to take advantage of their monthly subscription program, available on the MaryRuth website, after success with the vitamin and mineral supplements as well. I have also recommended this supplement to my adult daughter.

I absolutely love these... I have always used high quality suppliments, either through my naturopath or through selection after extensive research. I buy most of them separately, so I usually end up with 8 bottles and a handful of pills/capsule to take. Then I came across MaryRuth Organics when I was researching probiotics. I am lactose intolerant so getting enough calcium is always a concern, I love the fact that MaryRuth separates the minerals out so you take them in the evening. I have some prescriptions that I take in the morning that affect my obsorption of calcium, so I definitely believe it matters what time you take certain supplements. So, I decided to try both the morning vitamins and evening minerals along with the probiotic. Because I started all three together I can't 100% say if one has affected me versus another but I can say together they have impressed! After years of using carefully selected supplements, I had not actually experienced a noticeable change in a long time. I figured I was basically maintaining... Then I tried MaryRuth and WOW, I noticed a huge difference in my energy level, mind clarity and just overall feeling great within days of starting them. Now after 3 months my fingernails are healthier than they have ever been and my skin seems to have an internal glow, (I'm 38, so this is impressive). I would continue taking this trio even if they tasted horrible, but they don't... The morning vitamins taste like raspberry purée (yum) and the evening minerals taste like coconut with just a hind of metallic aftertaste. I mix the probiotic with my morning vitamin so I don't taste it at all. But if I had to pick a favorite, it's the probiotics. I have suffered from constipation since I was a kid and I've tried a lot of different brands with little affect, but within the first day on MaryRuth, my digestive system shifted... It took a couple of weeks to level out, but I have been regular now for over 3 months!!! I will never go without taking my MaryRuth vitamins, minerals and probiotic!

I first used this probiotic back in 2021. I had just graduated college, gotten a new job, moved, and gotten engaged. I was super busy and always stressed, my energy felt lower than normal after having Covid etc. I started to learn about ways to clean up my diet and feel better in general, and heard about probiotics. When I looked into reviews etc, this one came highly rated. It took two weeks for me to finally be regulated (in those two weeks I had more stomach aches than normal and it was a little painful going to the bathroom!) but I loved how it helped me be more regular and I took a half dose almost daily for three years. It was easy to take and tasteless- awesome!! At the beginning of July, I ordered a new bottle. I was not notified or anything that they had changed the formula. I opened it and took it and could not believe the taste! Oily and the weirdest aftertaste ever. I figured "hmm ok maybe it needs to go into the fridge and it just tastes different cold." I took it the next day and same thing! I looked at the bottle and realized it said it didn't need to be refrigerated. Skeptical, I quickly turned to Amazon to make sure I bought from the right vendor, but of course I had just reordered it from the same vendor. So weird. Today I was in a different headspace and I could not get myself to take this porbiotic. I was getting hard on myself - "why the heck am I so opposed to this probiotic! It helps me! I'm being like a little child with vegetables." I decided to look at recent reviews to see if anyone agreed with me. Turns out a ton of people do. I looked more into it and I CANNOT BELIEVE this, and I also can't believe how gullible I was! There are posts in several Facebook support groups about people have allergic reactions, no longer seeing the benefits, etc. And I realized - wow, I don't think I have been seeing the same benefits either. My stomach has been hurting more than normal and I haven't been as regular. I called to share my experience with MaryRuth but no one was available. I will send my thoughts via email. I would absolutely not recommend this product. It tastes terrible, it is messy (because it is oily it drips even if you're super careful, and they can't even be honest. It looks like the bottle has changed a bit since I ordered it last month so I am guessing they are trying to make it clearer. But what the heck! Definitely lost my business and I will not be trying other products. Ugh, back to the drawing board to find another probiotic!!

I have always had a hard time being consistent about taking supplements because I never notice a difference when I'm on them. I believe in healing the body with proper nutrition and believe that supplements can help. I've taken many multivitamins and supplements over the years, but I've never experienced any quantifiable results until I tried the Triad of Health (MaryRuth's Liquid Morning Multivitamin + Liquid Nighttime Multimineral + Liquid Plant Based Probiotics). When I started taking the Triad of Health it was in an effort to improve the health of my family. I made a concoction of apple juice, the liquid morning multivitamin, and the daily liquid probiotics for everyone to drink in the morning and a concoction of apple juice and liquid nighttime multimineral for us to drink in the evening. My husband and I took a full dose of each and I gave the kids each a half dose. I like the fact that it is a liquid which makes it easier to get my kids to take it. I have had warts on my hands (and more recently my feet) since I was a small child. I have applied creams, taken homeopathic remedies, wrapped them in duct tape, banana peel, garlic, had them professionally burnt off, etc... largely without success. At the time that I started MaryRuth's products, I had 6 warts on my feet and a large wart on my thumb. I had had two of the warts on my feet for at least 7 years and they were HUGE. One started as a blister on my little toe and literally grew so big that it covered my entire toe, including under my toenail (I had been trying to kill it about 6 months before I began taking these products and it started fighting back which resulted in it tripling in size, at which point I gave up...) and one was a giant plantar wart on the side/bottom of my foot. Within two to three weeks of consistently taking your products, my warts started to disappear. The first to go was the wart on my thumb. I thought it might have been a fluke and might have gone away because it was my newest wart (maybe 6-9 months old) and it was right on the joint so I continually ripped it off and aggravated it by using my hands (imagine that), but then the giant one on my little toe disappeared and soon after the giant plantar wart disappeared and all the others followed. It was truly amazing! Even more so, because I was not taking your products to get rid of my warts nor have I seen any testimonials that mentioned warts! It just proves how powerful nutrition is. I have never heard of getting rid of warts with nutrition (it just always seemed like some people get them and some don't...), but it now makes sense that my body was missing something that it needed (maybe it was the minerals?...) despite decades of healthy eating and taking vitamins and nutritional supplements. I have never felt compelled to write a review/recommendation of a supplement until now, but I want to spread the word because these products truly are miraculous!

Probiotics - I've been taking them for years. For awhile (a few months), they'd work. And then they wouldn't. I tried higher doses. They would help, and then you guessed it - they stopped working. This has been a vicious cycle for me. I was excited - and scared. I've never had a liquid probiotic and I'm pretty sensitive to taste but based upon my love for the liquid morning multivitamin, I ordered this. If I could give this the highest rating of anything that I ever purchased - clothing, medication, cars, houses - you name it - this would be in the top three. I'm seriously not exaggerating. Taste - There is none. Odor - There is none. Effectiveness - Let me put it this way, if I forget to take my four pumps worth in the morning, my body makes me fully aware of this by the afternoon. I'm gassy, bloated, sometimes there's cramping and then a need to rush to a bathroom in order to avoid any embarrassing situations. Price: I was spending $50-$80 per month on various pill probiotics which worked for a bit and then didn't. This is a bargain and buying it via subscribe and save ensures that I receive it at a lower price and on a monthly basis. As an aside, I always take my dose in the morning, before my multivitamin (and before breakfast). The instructions on the bottle indicate that you can take a lower dose and build up (in case you're concerned about stomach upset) but for me, I was a 4 dropper girl from the very first use and I did not suffer any discomfort. While I adore the liquid multivitamin, it is this product that I share with the my family and friends. Everyone who has tried it has thanked me and they haven't looked back.

I had the water based version and was surprised at the taste of this one but I got used to it in about two weeks or so. I like that the dropper has markings on it now so I know how much I’m getting. Haven’t mixed it with anything but I just try and shoot it to the back of my mouth so I can bypass most of my taste buds. Recommend if you’re wanting to be a little more *regular* in the guts

I've been wanting to try a probiotic for a while now, but with so many on the market it was hard to choose one. I'm glad I tried Mary Ruth's Liquid Probiotic. I liked that it was described as a natural product without fillers, and I was intrigued by the fact that it is in liquid form. I was skeptical about it truly being "unflavored", but I figured it was worth a try. The instructions were nice and detailed, and even explained what to expect when I started taking it. This definitely came in handy, and addressed some of the concerns I had, such as bloating and diarrhea. I do not lead a very healthy life, and I knew my gut bacteria was probably in disarray, so I expected it to be a little rough at first. I don't think I've been on it long enough to truly reap the benefits, but I am hopeful that it will lead to more healthy bowel movements and less intestinal discomfort in my day to day life in the near future. It does come with a dropper and a spray nozzle. The thought of spraying it directly in my mouth made me feel weird, and the directions recommended taking it with food or liquid anyway, so I add it to a bottle of water each morning. And in case you're wondering - it really is taste free! I couldn't really believe it either, but I'm glad because I probably would not still be taking it if it had a strange taste. If you're someone like me who really doesn't care to take pills, this could be a great choice. You can just add it to your water, tea, juice, or drink of your choice and not even think about it. I'm glad I chose to try out this product and would definitely buy it again in the future.
