I just received this cushion this morning and I already know it's PERFECT. Wow, perfect size and shape, excellent quality, so soft (the suede fabric top AND the cushion pad). Way way way better than the cushion I bought earlier this week and returned. So so so comfortable. Highly recommend! Thank you! (Make sure you get the XL size if it's for a standard computer chair.) UPDATE: I've had this for 6 months now and I still love it! I sit on it almost all day, every day, and it has held it's shape for the most part. It is a bit more depressed on the back right corner, but that's because my hips are wonky from breaking my hip years ago. My favorite thing about this cushion is still the soft suede fabric, especially since I live in the desert where it's very hot so I'm almost always wearing shorts. My legs never stick to it, nor do they get sweaty from it. It's not very often I come back to a previously written review to further sing a product's praises, but this item is worth it.

Oh I just really love seat cushion! I have two of the extra large and one large cushion. All my cushions are well made using good material and are very comfortable. I sit on one of them for hours at a time. My cat is always sleeping on one so that tells you it’s comfortable.

This cushion has been everything I hoped it would be except for one crucial thing. The overall quality, size, comfort are great. The downside is the material on the seat of the cushion. It is a velour type material that is very nice and soft, but extremely slick. Extremely. I constantly fight sliding forward nearly off the chair when working at my desk. In desperation, I wrapped it in a coarse towel which seems to help for a short while, but then the towel slides off the cushion and onto the floor, even though I tuck it under the cushion hoping my body weight will hold it in place. I have not thought of any remedy I think will be any better and I am frustrated with the whole thing. I will never understand why anyone would think such a slippery material would be appropriate for such a cushion. I am shopping again for yet another cushion that is actually functional.

Cushion gave me the extra height I needed in my couch post-total knee replacement. I sat on it quite a bit and slept on it all night. Cushion kept its shape and firmness. Very pleased with this purchase. Changed my rehab experience!

This should be a fantastic cushion, and I think in some applications - especially support in an Adirondack type seat - it really would be. I got this cushion because my prior one was too small and kept e back whenever I tried to sit down. Here I have an opposite problem: it fits my office chair seat beautifully and stays put, but the upper surface that you sit on is way too frictionless. As soon as I sit down, it wants me to slide forward off the cushion. If I move at all, again, slide forward. A cushion that actively tries to push you out of the chair by being too slippery against one’s backside is a scary and potentially unsafe thing. Alas.

it works and is comfortable

This thing is great. I have an aesthetically pleasing desk chair that is uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time - rather than replace the chair at significant expense, this cushion does the trick! It's both firm but also soft - just the right amount of squishiness. My 45 year old female tailbone & pelvis & hip bones are all much more comfortable. Not sure how long it will hold up, but it feels great for now. Also gives me a nice height boost that is ergonomically helpful. It's worth the $40 bucks for sure. Also, no significant chemically smell when I unrolled it.

Great cushion, soft, quality materials and its really comfortable. Foam is thick and firm enough so it won't collapse when you sit on it so it is actually providing some real support and comfort. Had it for more than a year now and it kept its shape and foam density. Before buying this cushion i tried cheaper options and they ended up being so thin and flimsy i thought i bought seat covers. This cushion however is awesome.

I bought this to replace an older seat cushion that was meant to help back pain with a cut out in the middle. That was comfortable as long as you remained perfectly aligned on the cushion. This model is perfect for my needs and has been very comfortable. I am using it on on office chair that has some cushioning already and this cushion adds just the right amount of comfort. The extra large size is a great fit. I doubt this would be as comfortable if used on a wooden chair unless you are petite. It had minimal odor even right out of the vacuum sealed bag. It is holding up well and seems to be well made.
