Ok so I have started using this all over my legs waist tummy thighs .. it’s perfect. I find my lymphatic is working well. Thinning out my body. One thing I have been using it to much now I have bruises all over my arms legs all over. I guess I was doing it to hard. So needed to take a break. So I did that for 3 days now and the bruises are yellow now so tomorrow I will start again a little lighter … lol

He probado la maderoterapia en clínica y me funciona muy bien. Por eso quise tener también en casa un rodillo de maderoterapia para poder usarlo yo misma. Me parece perfecto para casos de celulitis y para usarlo al aplicar una crema o aceite anticelulítico. Consigue movilizar la celulitis y masajea toda la pierna de manera fácil. Sientes presión y puede resultar un tanto incómodo o ligeramente doloroso en casos de celulitis muy acusada pero sin duda es eficaz para movilizar la adiposidad. Eso si, hay que tener paciencia y dedicación si queremos ver resultados. Hay que usarlo a diario durante un rato en cada pierna. Es una ayuda que complementa la aplicación de productos específicos. No hace milagros pero ayuda.

Kann von jeder Person an sich selbst angewandt werden oder auch als Massagegerät von jemandem, der unterstützt. Mir hat es bei meinen Knieproblemen sehr geholfen; dafür gehört jedoch auch ein Verstehen darüber wie der menschliche Körper funktioniert. Das Knie zb ist nicht der Ausgangspunkt sondern der Sammelpunkt ausstrahlender Schmerzimpulse anderer Körperteile. Der Zusammenhang des Körpers mit Sehnen, Muskeln und Bindegewebe ist halt kompliziert.
