I highly recommend this product! I adopted a 7 month old, very hyper golden doodle with selective hearing. Both of my sons are K9 officers and recommended a collar that plays a sound with the option of vibrate. This collar worked instantly. In less than 24 hours and I have the most obedient girl. I only used the vibration 1 time. I hit beep first and she did not comply so I pushed the vibrate button and she stopped instantly. Now I use the clicker that came with the set, if that doesn’t work I hit the beep button. I hope to have her clicker trained by the end of today. I placed the collar on a shelf above her bed last night and when she started barking I clicked once and she continued to bark so I played the sound on the collar and she didn’t make another sound until she got up to let me know she needed to go out for a potty break! She goes to the groomer today for her first haircut, we will be taking tile collar to keep her calm and still. I am super impressed and will be ordering a 2nd collar for my very stubborn, loving golden retriever.

Game changer...to be used to get their attention when they already know a command but are distracted. I have a very sweet, normally obedient dog that I recently adopted. She lived a life off-leash and outdoors. So I try to take he in the woods off-leash every day. She obeys commands ("come" "wait" "stay" "this way") EXCEPT if she is distracted and runs after a squirrel. Big problem in the woods. I have found that if I use my "angry voice" it gets her attention 80% of the time. What to do about that 20%? This collar to the rescue. Most of the time I can use just the sound to get her attention and she comes flying back.She also learned pretty quickly that the next step will be vibration which she doesn't like, so she usually responds to the sound before we get to that stage. I feel so much better having a tool like this for when she runs off. And I like knowing there is NO SHOCK feature so I won't ever accidentally shock her. If you dog knows the command, wants to obey, but is distracted then this is the perfect solution.It seems to have a pretty far range in the woods. So far it has been true to being waterproof (she jumps in the water A Lot to swim). I don't like that the screen goes dark a little bit after you turn it on, but when you press the button again it lights up again. I would prefer it stay lit so I know it is on and won't accidentally make it vibrate, but I do like that the on/off is a switch and not just a push button so it should not accidentally get turned on in the first place. I haven't seen any other models with this range, a sliding on/off switch, and no shock so it's the best combination of features in my opinion. It holds a charge for a long time. I use it every day and only recharge it about once a week just in case, but it doesn't even seem to need it. I did have some technical problems with the remote but the local sales rep was very responsive by email and solved the problem under warranty so extra points for that. All in all this has made our lives much better.

I bought this to train my dog from barking at the construction workers in my home as well as when the doorbell rings. At this time just putting it on her is enough. She does not like the noise or vibration. The size and weight of the collar suit her 30 pound size. It’s very easy to clip on and charge. One thing I wish it had to make it perfect is a belt clip for the hand held remote. I gave it 4 stars because after 2 months the box attachment broke. The company quickly responded to my complaint and sent me a new one though. 👍

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have a 6 month puppy with a very loud bark. I've tried everything from the sonic egg to the noise Hand held device..Nothing works.Last resort I tried this. Omg..tried it once and that was 3 days ago. My house is silent. All he has to do is see the device in my hand and he resorts to his bed. I honestly used it once. It startled him for sure. It hasn't even been on his neck again but he thinks it is. Game changesr for sure!! My 2 sisters are now ordering one. O.mg I can't thank you enough.No more jumping..attacking the door when I step out just to water plants...he sits quietly and waits until I return. Thank you so much..its not a 5 star it's a 10 star. You certainly have completed my puppy training...please everyone purchase this..you won't be sorry. Last month I saud I could never fly with him..now I'm sure I can.And it doesn't hurt him at all. I waited a while to review this product. Wanted to see how it was long term. The answer is Perfect! It is exactly what I needed. First the range and battery life are great, much better than expected. I love the 3 different modes. This has been a great training tool for our rowdy young husky. I first give verbal command, he usually ignores like most huskies do. Then as I’m again giving verbal, I hit beep button. It gets his attention and about 80% of the time does the trick. If I’m still on ignore, I hit the vibrate button. He hates that, and 99% of the time does the trick. Only once have I used the beep & vibrate together. Lastly, Thunder went swimming in the lake with the collar on, by accident. I was concerned since it was completely submerged! Well, happy to say no harm, no foul! Highly recommended!

I have an actual shock collar for the backyard where my medium sized pup acts like a manic if he sees someone walking by, but I needed something more comfortable for him inside the house when he barks off the raised back deck or at the front door so I bought this less intense buzz collar for inside. It’s perfect & most times all he needs to see is me grab the remote & he stops. I use the beeps first & the vibration if he’s more excited. Highly recommend!

It works well and easy to use. My lab responds very well to it. I gave it a 3 star because the little rubber stopper that covers the charging port broke off easily now making it NON water proof. The little rubber cover could be a little sturdier.
