It is not on cotton. The fabric is a silky type polyester. I was afraid he wouldn't like it, but he did.

Ordered a large but the shirt itself is about a xxxl. The material is fine and design looks like the picture. The graphic is to large even for size of the shirt. The scale would be more like a 8ft really large person.
