Quina meravella!!!

Not your typical Graphic Novel
My child was delighted with this book. She is so used to the "plastic" Mickey Mouse & Co. characters, that she was studying the graphics for hours. Of course the story itself is great: My daughter was entertained by a typewriter that has its own "voice" and I enjoy the story that is so familiar to so many Soviet immigrants, told from a new perspective. Now this book proudly stands right next to Eva Chen's Juno Valentine.

Beautiful and original, children’s book that adults will love
What a treat this book is - original masterful illustrations coupled with a child-friendly story of immigration, friends lost and found, different cultures and times! Everything about this book is unique - its main character (a Russian typewriter!), the simple yet captivating plot and every page filled with colorful pictures that make the story and not just illustrate it. My 10-year-old daughter, 3-year-old nephews and 80-year-old mother all couldn’t put it down! Ordering more copies to give as gifts throughout the year!!
