One of the better ZMA supplements i've tried thus far. (I've tried about 3-4 in the past) In particular sleep and libido is improved. No affect on me

This is a super refreshing formula for me. I have a long term issue with my right leg and foot due to surgeries and this helps to relax and restore me when I feel overwhelmed. I take these in the morning so I can get get relief but I am sure they help just as well for sleep.

I have not been sleeping well for some time. A new stressful job and trying to carry on working out plus just turning 50 has been taking its toll on me. After reading about the benefits of taking a ZMA supplement, I thought I'd give it a go and after just a few nights I'm sleeping all night without any disturbance hopefully this will continue and I'll stop feeling tired all the time. They come in capsule form, easy to swallow and no upset stomach. Delivery was next day. What's not to like.
