It's a great concept. I think it would work if the pill is fairly large. The end of the tube where the pill is placed is too large for any kind of small pill. Small pills just fall right out. The tip is made to grip the pill. Trying to use it with daily pill for cat. Wish it would work!

Great idea. for administering meds to your pet. I have to give my kitty a thyroid pill 2 times a day and it makes it easier. She is quite a cooperative cat but even so she fights it once and a while and using this helps save your fingers and gets the med down much easier. Very much worth the price. My vet thought it was a good idea too.

This seemed like a great idea, but was really too big for my cat and his small pills. This might work well for bigger dog pills. I love the idea of washing the meds down immediately with the water before they can try to spit it out, but the pill really has to be a specific size to fit in the holding area- not too big or small.

Stopped using it because we just seemed to be choking the dog with the water and, yes we were following the instructions. It became even more aversive to the dog then just trying to use my finger to put the pill in. He needs meds in the morning and evening so this turned from hopeful solution to huge disappointment.

I should have gone with previous reviews. Turned out to be useless. I was also concerned that the water could choke the animal.

Doesn't work at all with smaller pill. It actually sucks the pill into the device instead of into the cat's mouth. Threw it away.

Not good for cats or smaller pills. Pills get lost or fall into the dropper.

This is a joke don't buy waste of money it don't work and this company is just a scam and don't care as long as they get your money I wouldn't spend my last dollar on them.keep them in business don't buy this trust me waste of money one their a scam
