I buy Vit D & Iron in addition to Magnesium from this brand. They all work well for me. I won't go without having a bottle of magnesium at my home. I use this for migraine headaches, constipation, anxiety, blood pressure regulation and sleep, and it works wonders for me.I took magnesium more or less regularly (like 2 tablets for 2-3 times a week) during my last pregnancy, and my blood pressure got never higher than 120/80, except for one time when it was 129/85 and it was when I was hurrying to make it in time for the appointment. I'm convinced this helps with blood pressure regulations, muscle relaxation, sleep, headache and all sorts of other health issues.Be careful not to take this in the morning, though. You'll be sleepy all day.
