Excellently drawn flowers and amazing paper! This is the best coloring book i've ever owned.
I found this artist on YouTube and because of how she taught and how beautifully her subject matter was even on the screen, I just knew it would be good. It's great! This book has it all, the illustrations, the many pages to color and the paper is amazing! Buy this book it loves your pencils!

Paper isn’t for my Prismas
I wish some of the people that gave it great reviews would tell us what pencils they use because using my prismacolors on this paper has sucked. It’s too smooth and has no tooth. I have other sets that I never use bc they don’t blend as easily as Prismas but it’s the same problem with every pencil I’ve tried. The color just sits on top on the paper and can’t really blend together. I haven’t had this issue with any other coloring book.

incorrect description
The illustrations are beautiful. However, the description states that the book is printed on high quality watercolor paper and that the pages are perforated for easy removal. (see the description under Editorial reviews: From the back cover). Neither is true. While the paper is better than most coloring books, it cannot handle watercolor paints. Additionally, the pages are stitched into the book. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to using watercolor paints in this book.

Worried about paper
I love the book but not really thrilled about the paper. I could not get a laydown that looked good nor blend. I put the book away but finally picked it up again. I decided to use markers then remember workable fix. I sprayed twice and I got the tooth I needed. Worked like a charm.

Different coloring experience
I've been coloring for more than 5 years now and while I love the hobby, most books tend to be similar to each other. Some artists stand out from the rest like Johanna Basford and Kerby Rosanes. I'm so happy that Maggie Enterios now joins that elite club. Her designs are so fresh, beautiful and inspire me to add color. Not just as color, I'm inspired to try different techniques that I never before thought to try on a coloring book. And for that alone this book is amazing. This book is a must buy if: you like flowers, like fresh designs and want to experiment with choosing techniques. It's a rare book where I want to color every single page and this book just joined that exclusive club!

Lovely
It's a great adult coloring and the paper is thick and smooth. I use alcohol markers and colored pencil on top and didn't have much issues with too much bleeding. It worked fine for the way that I use colored pencil, but the paper doesn't have any tooth. The details of most of the images are really small, and granted I don't have the best control of brush tipped alcohol markers so I did go outside the lines on some of those tiny details. The images are printed front and back of each page, and even as thick and lovely as this paper is, it will have marker bleed through. I have not done alcohol marker blends on any images yet because those details and the lines are so tiny that there will more than likely be bleeding if I tried it.I love all the illustrations, but there are a lot of small single flower illustrations. This doesn't bother me so much because it's usually the image I sacrifice to use alcohol markers.

Gorgeous illustrations and high quality paper.
I very rarely leave written reviews. For this book, I had to. The illustrations in this book are absolutely delightful. Very high-quality paper, and even names of flowers. I can feel creativity flowing, already! And that’s coming from somebody who doesn’t feel creative, ever.I hope and pray that this amazing artist creates more books for us, to enjoy. I loved this book so much that as soon as I glanced through it, I ordered a duplicate. This is one that I see myself doing every single page. The quality of the paper is so good that it is ideal for mixed media. I, myself, use colored pencils. However, I have a feeling that these pages are sturdy enough, to withstand watercolor paint. The only addition that I would love, to this book, is perforated pages. I like to cut mine out, to tape them to my workstation. However, that small detail does not take away from an overall five star review. I wish I could give it more.

Stunning!
Beautiful artwork and nice quality paper. Quite inspirational!(Mind that in several pages there is a ton of white space! If that bothers you, you may want to watch some walkthoughs on YouTube to know what to expect!)

Beautiful Illustrations in a Thoughtful Package
Loved this colouring book. The flower illustrations are beautiful and lovely to colour. The pages are thick and don’t bleed or transfer colour easily. The layout provided a “facing” page with a single flower on one side and a full-page illustration on the next, meaning you can experiment with watercolour or thick markers and not compromise a full-page image on the next side. Very thoughtfully done.I also thought it was great to name the flower species on the single-flower test pages, in case (like me) you are not all that familiar with flower names. Knowing the flower type helped me find colour reference photos for a more realistic palate. I wish more botanical colouring books did the same.

Must have for anyone that loves to colour!
I should have bought two copies, this is a lovely book with a phenomenal selection of botanicals to colour. The pages are not thin, the book lays flat, there’s a great variety of larger pieces and smaller single flowers. I can’t recommend this enough to any plant/colouring fan! Would love for Maggie to keep making new books in the future.
