is the tube for the marathon 2.80-2.50-4 come with a bent valve stem

Just checked it and YES the valve stem is bent....

What's the max air pressure?

No problem...here's our experience with a dial gauge (mine & neighbors) we maintained/confirmed repeatedly 30 lbs as manufacture mold printed on sidewall. On 3 pairs of tire combos Amazon bought, one of each set started first to humps & then bubbled the tire sidewalls. Left to progress, one tire's molded rubber/canvas sidewall, then tore completely thru in a 3" radial ruptured opening where the tube popped out in a huge blister-like bubble. Contacting Amazon customer service for full exchanges 2 times , they were fantastic, even over-knighting one pair at no charge !!!

Our cart has 4 tires, marked 2.50-4. If I use this tire 2.80/2.50-4, will it be the same size as the others?

tad bit taller but they work in our 8" casters

Is this tire made of rubber?

Im not sure. It felt hard like it was plastic.It did not last long on my mscooter.It wore out within a month. I changed to a solid rubber tire instead
