Freeman G2MPN 2nd Generation Pneumatic Mini Palm Nailer with Magnetic Tip and 1/4" NPT Air Connector

For it's limited application this thing saves lots of time. Used for nailing in Joist Hangers for a work dock project. Worth the price just for the time saved on this project. Using a somewhat underpowered pancake compressor wasn't an issue at all as there were lots of starts and stops.

Not a nailer I will use a lot, but it is nice to have once in awhile for certain situations. Only observation I have made is that it would be nice if the magnet was just a little stronger. That said, it is strong enough as long as you are careful with your movements.

I haven't used a palm nailer before, so maybe it is normal for it to stop driving if you put some pressure into it or drip oil from the holes around the front? Otherwise it seems to be a decent tool for my needs. It also cost substantially less than Bostitch, Senco or Metabo to do basically the same thing.For me, the tool will get occasional use when I'm building a shed or a deck, I bought it for helping hang trusses on a shop I'm building. I think it'll hold up just fine for my level of use, and Freeman has a good warranty with their products.

I've always wanted to add this to my tool box. The price point was right and it performs as expected.

I almost drove a nail through my hand loading it a couple times because it's very sensitive to pressure but the darn thing drives nails like mad if you are careful.
