Taste and quick
The book has a shopping list for every week which is excellent. I love how easy the recipes are. Only downside is that is written for American audience (with measurements in ounces (?)) and some items are not easily available in Germany. Also it's a bit expensive to buy these special ingredients, but worth it for the health benefits

Hashimotos clearing the brain fog
This book is practical and based in Science but put together in an easy to use fashion. Those of us with Hashimotos don't need anything complicated as we are already tired so this easy to use book is just the ticket. Thanks to the Author for her outstanding contribution in this field. I for one am truest greatful.

A thorough beginner's book on the subject with a nice selection of sophisticated and tasty recipes
I will first say that I do not suffer from Hashimoto's, though I do regularly enjoy meals with a friend who does. I wanted to have a better understanding of her diet and can say that this book did help. I love that with this book I can prepare meals for us to enjoy together while still helping combat the issues she faces.The first half (roughly) of this book is an explanation of the disease, tips on how to care for yourself, information on an elimination diet to see what foods may be causing you trouble, kitchen staples, and a breakdown of the plan. The second half is made up of the recipes for the 4-week plan.While the recipes do (for obvious reasons) only contain so many varying ingredients, I did not find them to be restrictive in flavor. There are lots of easy-to-make recipes that pack lots of big flavors. A couple of favorites in my house were the garlic shrimp with spaghetti squash, the pot roast with sweet potatoes and shallots, and the pork tenderloin.Overall, a pretty thorough beginner's book on the subject with a nice selection of sophisticated and tasty recipes.Item received at a discount in exchange for an honest review.
