I wear compression stockings . Will this appliance help me get them on and off ?

Yes, but I have returned some compression stockings to Amazon that were so tight I could not get them over my heel. I use a zippered compression sock rated at 15- 20 hhMg, whatever that means. I put the zipper all the way up and use the sock aid to pull the sock over my foot and heel and up onto my calf. I did unzip the zipper to remove them.

Do you have this product in a wider size. It is the best I've found so far but just too small.

No sorry it only comes in one size it's universal. Hope that helps.

does anyone use ankle socks with this

I'm not sure why not. I cant say for certain, but I would guess this would work for these types of socks as well.

Yes - very rigid plastic - this could be useful for someone with larger socks - my mom's were too small to stretch
