The product arrived with a brown spot in the center by the bulb. It appears burnt/used that left me a little worried. I had tested this out regardless and it had eliminated food smells in the car. It does not leave a fresh scent, however neutralizes any odors which is fine. That said, I can only assume the uvc bulb is eliminating any possible bacteria that may be present. The blue light is not distracting which is good for night time driving.The usb ports works, but it does not appear to be fast charging compare to another charger I had bought for the car years back. Size wise, it's fairly compact and light which I like.Noise level appears to be quite quiet, only a light buzzing noise which you don't even notice with the radio only.Overall I would recommend the product for the purpose of air purification and eliminating bacteria.

I bought this a year ago when I started carpooling to work. I knew the ionizer was doing something because I could feel a slight tickle in my throat when the unit was in the socket in the front of the cabin. So, I moved to the back and felt the tickle less. Still wasn't sure if was actually doing anything, though. However, my thoughts on this changed a few months ago. On separate occasions, two of the three of us who carpool together, took ill virally and had to leave work, after we all had arrived in the same car. The third still hasn't gotten sick yet and we think it's in large part due to this little gadget. It runs all the time, cleaning the cabin air as we commute to and from work. I'm a believer that it does work as advertised.

But this for my husband his his truck. Very noticeable difference within days. As he is a smoker we noticed entering the vehicle that the air definitely does not smell like cigarette smoke. The only thing that could be an Issue if not watched is that it may draw from the battery while the vehicle is off. Other than that great little purchase.

The air purifier works just as promised. I just bought a new car, and I really don't like the smell of a new car. The purifier got rid of the smell altogether within few hours. Now, the car smells just nice and clean!

Vehicle smelled of smoke when I purchased it had it detailed it helped but then I came across the ionizer and after a week the smell had displayed quite a bit.
