NI UNA ESTRELLA PAR4A UN PRODUCTO INCOMPLETO
anunciaba un juego de urinario completo con taza y válvula de descarga, pero solo enviaba taza. anunciaron el conjunto de válvula de descarga completo con tubo descendente y disyuntor de vacío, acoplamiento de spud, brida de spud, adaptador de soldadura blanda, tubo de cubierta, escudo de pared, tope de suministro e instrucciones de instalación, pero solo el conjunto de válvula de descarga vino con las instrucciones de instalación. El estándar estadounidense debe anunciar qué es exactamente lo que están vendiendo a qué precio porque podría haber obtenido el artículo completo por el mismo precio, no merecen una estrella.

Incomplete, can not use it
Comes incomplete, need much more parts to make it work. Bought Sloan instead- comes complete for the same price, install w/out problems. Kudos to Amazon in returning process

these people are fraud
advertised a urinal set complete with bowl and flush valve, but only shipped bowl. they advertised flush valve assembly complete with down tube and vacuum breaker, spud coupling, spud flange,sweat solder adaptor, cover tube, wall escutcheon, supply stop and installation instructions, but only the flush valve assembly came with the installation instructions. American standard must advertise what exactly they are selling for what price because i could have gotten the entire complete item for the same price they dont deserve a star.
