Q: What's the consistency: thick like barbecue sauce or more watery like a marinade?

I use Minor's bourbon sauce, mostly for wild salmon filets. It's excellent and is a relatively thick sauce. I usually add a little bit more bourbon, which thins it out a bit, but I'm careful to not add too much. I'm into my second bottle, and I love it. Great for chicken too!
