L2/r2 work fine until i install backplate? then they stay pushed down? model number on my controller matches for the pieces i ordered.

The L2 and R2 have there own tiny motors and if you took them apart there's a special way they have to be put back together or they won't work properly. YouTube it.

It says not compatible with bdm-020, is that all the buttons? or some? which ones do and which do not work on 020? i only want the triggers to work.
