Taste at bottling very promising
These kits have always been good. The end result seems fairly dark to what I would expect. But taste on bottling day really surprising. Add a little age and I expect these will be wonderful. Glad I bought 2

Used with a Q23 yeast and its absolutely delicious. 8 weeks well spent =)

Color
I used Q23 yeast rather than the ec1118. The wine came out very good. HOWEVER...the color is not the traditional pale white with a greenish tint. This wine was a straw gold color...too dark for Sauv Blanc!!!

Not Sauvignon Blan
The box says Sauvignon Blanc - the label does as well. The juice inside is RED - which is NOT Sauvignon Blanc.
