are these cards as thick as the spiral bound pages?

I am not sure whether I should get this or the regular books. Can anyone tell me what the better value would be?

My first question wasn't clear. I'm wondering if the water wow flash cards are than the water wow books. Are the cards smaller, better, worse?

Are these 26 individual cards or like 3 letter/pictures per page?
