It works in the same way bacteria does. It attaches to the walls of the bladder and urethra, preventing bacterial growth. It does not cure a UTI, but with continued use, can help prevent an infection. I take 2 capsules every day per instructions on the bottle. With a long history of UTI painful infections, I find this product works for me.

Have purchased this several times before but this time the capsules taste & smell terrible. I've tried to deal with swallowing them but they're disgusting. Would like my money back!
