PERFECT! ❤
I have a 12 cup Japanese rice cooker that I use when my children are home or when I cook for a large group. But since being widow, it's only me now and this 4 cup rice cooker is great! I have experimented with it and cooked 1 to 4 cups and each time the rice came out PERFECT! I highly reccomend this to anyone who wants to cook Japanese rice the correct way! 😝DO NOT HESITATE TO BUY THIS LITTLE RICE COOKER! TOTALLY AWESOME! 😁

Barely does the job
Barely does the job.In hindsight, I'd spring for a higher end rice cooker.Cooked rice using included cup and gave water according to water line. The rice was more al dente than I like. Tried again with more water, same problem. Soaked the rice for 20 minutes before cooking. same problem. Soaked rice and added more water, this time, it was soggy, had to wait even longer in warm mode to cook off the extra water.I am using a brand of rice that I always use, so I am familiar with the water needed to cook but this cooker was a disappointment, I make better rice on the stove top.

Beautiful!
It's so cute and pretty! It's on the smaller side but it makes four cups and we usually only make three so it works out. It cooks rice well and nothing leaks out. We were a bit confused at first because only the cooking light was on when you plug it in but once you push it to cook and when it's done, the warm light will turn on.

Easy to use but hard to clean and didn’t last very long
This rice cooker only has one button to cook so it’s easy to use but maybe not so good if you want to cook more than one type of rice. I cook only brown rice so that wasn’t an issue for me, but had some other issues. I had this rice cooker for about two years when I started having problems. When I would cook rice the water would overflow the little container at the back and it was brown and smelled really bad. Also, the pot got warped. And this rice cooker is pretty hard to clean on the inside and ended up getting pretty gross.

Timed cooker
it has been working well, however, if you mess up on the rice proportions it won't let you continue to cook it after a certain period of time no matter what. I've tried unplugging it and then pushing down the "cook" button, but it wouldn't budge. It locks until the temperature goes significantly low again. Over all however, the rice has been coming out very well.

cleans up easy. The metal inside of the lid pops off ...
EDITED 9/3/2018:My rice cooker finally quit on me. I used it about 4-5 times a month. I had used it only 3 days prior to the day that it no longer worked, so there was no signs there was anything wrong. I thought this unit would last longer than it did. Do yourself a favor and buy the warranty for 3 years. It was a great little cooker but I now have to replace it. I will be going with a Tiger brand this time.(Original review: awesome rice cooker. cooks fast, cleans up easy. The metal inside of the lid pops off to clean the backside, I just found that out.)
