I am not sure what to say in reviewing a scraper...but it is sturdy metal and has a comfortable wooden grip. It works well for rolls. Easy to handwash. I am happy with the product and will likely buy another.

At first this seemed like a very nice dough scraper it fits nicely to your hand. However, after one use the scraper fell apart. The wooden piece became detached from the metal and made the tool unusable. I did not put it in the dishwasher and it was cleaned by hand. I suggest finding one with metal attachments in the handle or some other type of scraper, but do not buy this one.

This year bar knife when I’m in my kitchen and I’m cooking some food from my wife and my kids this year it makes cleaning up my cutting board so easy folks. You just take that sharp knife and you just kind of scrape it on the bottom of that cutting mower and it gets all in breadcrumbs and Raisins and flour. It just gets it on top of that knife and then you just put that shit into the trashcan and you just rinse that knife off real quick and it’s just as good as new.

My husband makes the pizzas and needed a cutter to help divide the dough evenly. The cutter is a great size and slices through the dough easily.

Solid gripping area and nice rigid scraper allow for easy movement of diced items into pots, containers, etc.
